#BloggerHalloweenParty

Helloo,

Let’s get straight to it and going and dive right in with it all! On October 29th Ashton and Kirsty organised a Halloween Blogger Party and I was lucky enough to get a last minute place at the party! I was getting super excited because I was getting the chance to see some of lovely #Hullbloggers just 20 minutes from where I am at uni at the minute.

It was held at the lovely Rose Villa Tavern, in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and it was such a lovely venue! It’s a pub basically and it had a lovely function room upstairs, and it had such lovely decor all over it. Ashton and Kirsty had also put some lovely stuff around too.

There were some lovely brands there as well; Goodyfull, Dr Botanicals and The Perfume Studio. I didn’t get the chance to do the get to The Perfume Studio stall unfortunately so I didn’t get to make my own perfume, but I did have a lovely chat the ladies on the Dr Botanical stall, who offer oils and plant extracts included in products to make a genuine difference to your skin. I also made sure to try the amazing Brownie at the Goodyfull stall and I’m going to try and remake it because they were the most amazing brownies ever and I received the cacao powder in my goody bag, which I’ll be doing a post about all it in a few days! The granola was also so good, it was better than I expected and so fruity and nice.

There was also some fantastic competitions dotted around the venue, a pumpkin designing competition which was great to see some many different peoples ideas. There was some little postcards dotted around the room for the chance to win a little colouring book. I was lucky enough to find one and I got the Horses Colouring Book. There was also a competition for Lumity Life, Sunkissed and Guess the numbers of Sweets in the jar. There was also some competition that you tweeted to enter; that included the Sunkissed Competition, Lumity Life and the C

There was a raffle for the Mind Charity, and we raised an amazing amount of £222 for the charity. There was some amazing prizes from West Midlands – Lemur Feeding, UBU Beauty Brushes and loads of others. I was lucky enough to win a fair few prizes but again I’m going to do them on a whole separate post so keep your eyes peeled for that!
